1) I wish I had a sink! A sink, even one of a smaller size is helpful in washing out tools, bathing pets, mopping water and even your delicate laundry that needs rinsing.
2) I don’t have room to hang laundry! Not all clothes are made the same. For those that have a chance of shrinking or have delicate decor on them, you may prefer to hang dry, without having to scatter them throughout the house.
3) Storage needs. Most traditional homes in Arizona do not come equipped with a dedicated mud room or ample storage space in the laundry room.
