We just finished a major bathroom remodel with TWD and we couldn't be more pleased. First, they do great work. From design to installation, they delivered on every level. Second, they did everything they said they would. I hear so many people complain about contractors who don't show up or live up to their word. TWD constantly kept us updated on when their craftsmen would be on site. If there was a delay, they let us know; even if it was just an hour or two. Finally, they made sure we were happy with everything. We had a complicated demolition and they made sure it all went smoothly. At the end of the job there are always a few details that need touching up. They didn't flinch at when it came to making sure everything was just right. Since our bathroom was right next to master bedroom, they worked hard to keep the mess to a minimum (realizing there's always a mess!). I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to my friends or family so I'm absolutely recommending them to you!
