A Design Retainer is a stand-alone contract for design and consulting services. While many contractors charge a % of the anticipated project value, TWD’s design retainer is based on an affordable flat rate per room. To properly estimate a remodel project, the space will need to be precisely designed by a professional, which takes a significant amount of time and skill. Proper space planning includes the selection of materials and finishes to achieve the design. Dimensioned drawings, 3-dimensional rendering of the space, complete material selections, an overly detailed scope of work outlining the entire renovation from start to finish, and an all-inclusive price to complete the project will all be provided.
